Every product we ship is factory-sealed and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Return Policy and Conditions

Mega PC will only refund or give credit if a product is returned in its original packaging and with the factory seal intact. From the moment you receive your order, you have ten days to check and make sure that is the item that you ordered and that no error has occured (before opening the package).

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

If a product gets defective, please contact our RMA department rma@megapc.com or by phone 514-341-4119 ext.28
A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained and is required for ALL returns. After considering your case, we will issue an RMA number for you within 2 business days. After you get the RMA number, you can return the product (complete with all the software, cables, instructions manual, etc.) to the address below. No item should be shipped without an RMA# as we reserve the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# to the customer at customer's own risk and expense.

A courier service that issues a tracking number should be used to send returns, like UPS, Federal Express, Purolator, etc. Please e-mail return tracking numbers to our RMA department at rma@megapc.com. The RMA number that was obtained from our RMA department should be clearly stated on the outside of the box.

We reserve the right to charge up to the full purchase price of a product if it gets to us damaged due to improper packaging or due to misuse.

Following receipt of your product, it could take a minimum of 10 business days to get it replaced or repaired as we will need to send it back to the manufacturer.

If you purchase a product and it is DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) you have 10 business days (from the moment you receive it) to return it to us and it will be replaced right away if we have it in stock. If you take more than 10 days to return the product than it will take that much longer to have it replaced.

Manufacturer Warranty on any product unless otherwise specified. 

Software Return Policy

There will be no refunds or exchanges whatsoever on any software or games. Please verify what the system requirements are for any software or game that you consider purchasing before the actual purchase.
