Job Description:

Corporate Account Executives
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly revenue and gross profit objectives
- Main inside point of contact and management for key accounts in territory.
- Meet monthly productivity goals that includes call quotas, quality service metrics, team performan
- Focus on account growth and development within account base to attain growth objectives
- Make planned visits to established accounts to develop business relationships at multiple levels to maximize account penetration
- Work closely with NAM/RAM to execute customer strategies (service levels, levrage new clients, custom pricing, freight contracts, key product lines) to penetrate and grow market share
- Oversee territory and account planning, working closely with the supporting Inside Sales team
- Big opportunity and Lead Management, Task Management, Interoffice Communication, Revenue tracking.
- Effectively negotiate Mega PC gross margin (when appropriate)
- Evaluate competitive information, offerings and customer perspectives and provide feedback to management
- Develop relationships with main vendor field representatives
- Submit regular reports on performance and trends of assigned accounts

Required Skills:

- Minimum college diploma required, University Degree preferred with a Sales/Marketing focus

Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years sales industry experience

Additional Skills:
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and follow up skills


Marketing and Data Entry position Representative

This is a great opportunity for Data Entry Clerk to start a full time job ASAP. Duties are to enter information into web databases. Therefore the appropriate candidate must have previous experience performing data entry, a good level of accuracy and a basic knowledge of HTML.

Main duties:
Data Entry Clerk will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Receive forms, records and other documents for data capture
• Update data on our website including items description, prices and images.
• Identify store inventory and put on special old stock
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data

Employment requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school preferred. Cegep completion an asset.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design is needed

  • College or other courses in HTML and data entry an asset.

Additional information:
• Progression to senior positions is possible with experience.
Skills and Qualifications

Employee must verify alpha and numeric information using an in-house platform, for some data correction activities. Some independent judgment may be required according to well-defined procedures and guidelines escalating issues to the supervisor as appropriate. Ensure productivity standards are achieved and Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. Characteristics needed:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of personal computer and image technology and/or embedded keyboarding format.

  • Constant attention to detail involving sustained visual concentration.
  • Attention to detail ensuring work is processed at 100% error free.
  • Ability to meet or exceed productivity standards in a high volume items processing environment.

Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The responsibilities of a CSR include the operations of cash registers and the processing of customer purchases, including greeting customers, scanning product UPC codes, totaling purchases and balancing register drawers. You will also answer the telephone, direct phone traffic and present our Service Plans to customers.


Hours: Part-time or full-time. Monday through Saturday.
Pay: $8-12 per hour depending on skill and experience plus commissions.
